The Growth Coach franchise is a national brand who's mission is to help business leaders build more successful businesses and build more balanced lives through coaching, support and accountability. Andrew Million specifically helps business owners in the Coppell, Carrolton, Farmers Branch, Irving, Plano, Lewisville, Valley Ranch and Las Colinas areas. But what is a Growth Coach? That was the question on many people's minds and the problem we helped Andy solve.
Andy's main lead generator is word of mouth and networking. In fact, networking was how we met in the first place. The issue was explaining what a Growth Coach did and how it helped accomplish success. Andy himself can easily explain the benefits of a Growth Coach, but when a lot of your business relies on word of mouth, you rely on your network to explain your business for you.
When we explain our own business's it's very easy for us to talk about it inside and out. When you ask someone else to explain it for you it's like playing a game of telephone. The further you get away from the source, the more confusing the message gets. We needed to find a way to let Andy explain his business to his network even without him being physically there so he could generate more clients with ease.
Our solution for Andy was to leverage his network. We created a Story Brand video that not only explained his business but gave strangers an inside look at who Andy was as a person. Telling Andy's story was a very important part to winning over his next clients since we wanted them to feel like they knew him even before they met him. This video answered the why, who, what, how and what now of his business, giving his leads the tools they needed to understand why they should use him.
We developed a program for Andy to follow detailing how he should leverage his Story Brand video in his networking. This went over a networking dialogue template, what to send in his follow up emails as well as how he should communicate to his network on how to send out his Story Brand video. We wanted to make sure it was as clear as possible how he can get results from his Story Brand video.
